
Your physician's office has probably scheduled your test or procedure with Northeast Regional Medical Center's Centralized Scheduling Department. Plan on arriving approximately 15 minutes prior to your designated appointment time to allow for registration.
What to bring
Please have these items on hand when you arrive for registration:
- Drivers License
- Insurance card(s)
- Medicare Card and/or Medicaid Card
- List of medications you are currently taking
- Advanced Directive if you have one
Insurance Pre-certification
Your insurance carrier may require pre-certification for your test or procedure. If pre-certification is required, we suggest that you work with your physician’s office to see that it is obtained prior to the date of your procedure, otherwise, you may be responsible for payment.
