Northeast Regional Medical Center (NRMC) has announced that Robert (Bob) J. Moore has accepted the position as the Chief Executive Officer effective November 27, 2007. Moore will be transferring from the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, Farmington, Missouri where he was CEO since 2006. Moore has an MBA from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona and MSM from the University of St. Francis in Joliet. Moore is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

A native of Quincy, Illinois, Mr. Moore has more than 25 years of executive healthcare experience in small and large acute and tertiary care health systems. He and his wife, Sherry, have six children. Mrs. Moore is a health care executive with the Mercy Health System in St Louis.
